So, I seem to have a bit of momentum!  FINALLY!  And it's pretty easy since I don't have folks around me wanting to cook big meals every day.  I'm not blaming anyone else...it's my own fault for not doing my own thing like I should...but I'm grateful for the easier times now, of course.

Now to get back into the gym on a daily basis!  At my healthiest and fittest, I was having a true love affair with the gym...spent an hour or two a day, every day except Sundays.  I know it is simply a matter of recreating the habit, so I'm going to try to make February 2015 the month I fall back in love with the gym.
