Okay so I went to the gym yesterday morning and ran on the treadmill - I didn't want to over do it like I normally do so I walked for 5 minutes (warm up) and did a slow jog for 15 minutes and walked again for another 5 minutes (cool down). OhMyGosh. Why the heck am I so sore today! I must have really been out of shape! Going to hit the gym again later this evening! I've also decided I'm going to try a Spin class. We'll see how that goes...
