Yesterday was my day of binge eating all the foods I'm going to miss...delicious ice cream from 31 flavors (german chocolate cake and mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone), fuge that my husband made, some brownies, candy canes left over from Christmas...ugh! I probably shouldn't have done that...well at least NOW there won't be anymore fuge or brownies in the house to tempt me!

Today is a new day! I'm starting off right. For breakfast I had Chia Seed pudding with bananas. In it, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract and agave nectar to sweeten. I'm thinking for lunch a hearty saldad? Here I am wishing I were at the Farmer's Market picking out my ultra fresh produce...in fact, I think that's what I'm going to do RIGHT NOW!
