I'm having a difficult time trying to calculate my body fat %.  One website www.active.com says my body fat is 28% another site: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html says my body fat is 57%.  Frankly, I'd say  the 57% is more accurate. 

I was trying to "flex diet" or IIFYM....but I can't seem to get accurate numbers. And let me tell you, 160 grams of protein in a day is impossible. I'm not interested in blending tuna and water to make a protein shake - that is totally NOT happening so I can get my protein in. Gross. Who comes up with that!? I like tuna not in a shake. LOL

So maybe the numbers go out the window...instead I eat high protein, low carb and low fat.
