I made this public announcement on the forum that I would run a mile every day. I have and paired it with weight training and a 1200-1400 calorie diet. I will say, the diet is not plant based. Perhaps, I need to add more of them. Not the point.

Since working out, 5 days - I know it's not a ton but I thought a pound or two. No, in fact I've gained 2 lbs. WTF....I know muscle weighs more than fat. But hot damn.....when is this going to turn around!?
