I totally understand! I am hosting a game - Louise's Destroy the Plateau DietBet - specifically because I was plateaued for some time. Then the scales went up when I took a week off and went down fast - but back to that point on the scales! I feel your pain! I have a plan and I have 20 days to implement it. My plan is to get back on the exercise bandwagon! But I have had computer time obligations that have kept me from sweating it off to dvds! I will point you to youtube and leslie sansone walk away the pounds. There are some 15 -20 minutes on there for free and while it's not a JILLIAN MICHEALS workout, it's something and it's doable. I will be going back to square one with those and starting over - hopefully today! GOOD LUCK - STAY WITH IT - You will succeed!!!! I know you will!
