I have only ran 2.25 miles, and done the first two days of workouts on Blogilates calendar 2.0 (http://www.blogilates.com/blog/2014/12/30/new-beginners-calendar-2-0-for-2015/) and I am so sore! The workout was heavy on abs, and my stomach hasn't been pushed in a long time. It felt good... but I can't wait to be stronger and to be able to do the exercises correctly and not hurt so much.

I'm going to keep going... every day!
