I love Blogilates (still a beginner, too). I'm not good about doing it regularly, and should really start doing so. Reading your post has motivated me to give it another shot. I'm good about getting in my steps each day (Fitbit, 12,500 steps daily), but I need toning. Cassie from Blogilates had a Dietbet in February which is how I found this place and now I'm down nearly 30 pounds, so you're on the right track!!
