Well I still haven't lost anything. I have not been keeping track of my calories with My Fitness Pal like I meant to (I just opened it today and will try to use it starting NOW). And I haven't done any Pilates or ran in almost a week. I can blame the weather, and needing to focus on other priorities this week. But, I can't let everything win and me lose. I need to at least TRY to lose weight in the next two weeks. If not for the Dietbet, then for myself.

For some people, it's best to just keep your head down, make as many healthy decisions as you can during the day and then celebrate your successes at the end. I always found it was so difficult to make "the big decision" to lose weight - turns out that this is the easiest part. The hard part is to make all the good choices (healthy food, drink water, get enough sleep, physical activity, etc.) that help us achieve our goals. Develop a realistic plan with realistic goals and you'll get there!
