For the 4th week of May I chose the categories of Yoga, Pilates and Stationary Bike.

I completed a Cassey Ho Pilates vidoe on her Youtube Blogilates channel.

I completed 20-25 minutes on my AeroPilates Reformer.

I completed about 20 minutes on my Sit 'N Cycle Stationary Bike.

completed a 20 Minute version of the Mandy Ingber's Main Yogalosophy routine reduced to 3 breaths and 3 repittions per Yoga pose/Toner move.

I haven't fully decided what I am going to do for my exercises for June.  I have had some different ideas.  I may just take each day as it comes and make sure to try to do at least 3 days of exercise in addition to trying to get back on track with finishing my Fitbit Step Goals every day again.  I would like to get back to 5 days a week of exercise.

Cassey Ho from her Pilates page Blogilates.com has a new calendar out plus a 30 day flexibility type challenge.  She has one pose shown on it per day and encourages everyone to do the one pose per day in addition to her exercise calendar.

I am not ready to complete the exercise calendar at this time, but I am considering trying to complete the pose a day for increasing flexibility.

I re-printed all of her 30 day challenge calendars too.  I have had a hard time finishing them before when I started too many at once, because I burn out when I don't take rest days and then end up resting for a full week or two at a time when I try to workout 7 days a week.  I may try to do some days from these calendars this month though and carry them over into next month too.  I am going on vacation in July though and I will be on a cruise and really don't want to take a lot of time to do the challenge calendars or anything like that when I am on vacation.

I may just work my way through them from Day 1 to Day 30 of them, but not necessarily count them from the 1st to the 30th of the month.  I can take as long as I want to finish it, but I can still be progressing even if I am not doing it every day in a row.  I can write my start date on them and then write my end date on them, and just work my way through them marking the days off as I go by writing the date on them when I finish them.  I can make it my goal to do it in fewer days each time I complete the calendars until I get to where I can do them in 30 consecutive days.  It can give me something to work towards.  I did find that when I was doing these trying to do them almost every day and when I was doing Yoga several days a week were the times when I had more energy and when I tended to meet my weight loss goals easier.  I need to slowly ease back into adding more activities like these though without focusing on them too much while not getting to do other exercises I enjoy too.

Maybe I will make one day a week for Blogilates Day and make sure to do a Blogilates video and do some exercises from one or more blogilates challenge calendars.  Then I can make 1 day a week Yoga day since I love Yoga so much.  I could then make AeroPilates Day one day a week since I love it so much.  Then for a 4th and hopefully a 5th day I can make those my choice of whatever other activity I want to do based on how I feel those days, or I can do Blogilates, Yoga or AeroPilates again.

Lastly, I will be hosting my first Dietbet June 8.  Check it out at:  http://diet.bt/rAcPmv
