Yahoo! Fun to read your post- I got pregnant at the end of my last 4% bet and got my money back on the transformer... But 4 weeks post delivery and I'm ba-ack, with the highest number I've ever seen on the scale! I'm committing to do Cassey Ho's an challenger this month: how about you?? ;)

Hey!!! Congrats on your new baby! You can get back into the swing of it soon if you set your mind to it! I got off track over the summer and kept letting it go into the fall after I had a medical issue that kept me from doing Yoga and Pilates for the fall and up until the end of 2015. I am back and looking for some new dietbets to join and I am planning to start on Cassey Ho's 30 Day Challenges again pretty soon. I have started back with using my AeroPilates Reformer for about 10-20 minutes at a time a few times the past week. Is Cassey doing another dietbet soon? Or are you referring to her monthly calendar or her 30 day challenges? I love her 30 day challenges. Even when I don't do much other exercise besides walking, just doing any or all of her 30 day challenges give me a little bit of focus that keeps me feeling better and when I workout more I tend to eat better as well.
