I went to the pet store today to pick up one of those nice big bags of kitty kibble to feed my favorite furry monsters. Boy, do they like to eat!  Anyway, as I was walking back to the car (I parked far away to get in those extra steps) carrying my big green bag of lamb flavored baked goods I realized that I have lost MORE weight this year than in that extra big bag of cat food!  I have been doing that typical, "oh I didn't lose as much as I wanted boo hoo... but I'll keep trying... but I'm sad..." whining sort of thing to myself for weeks. Today I got some perspective. Maybe I want to lose another 3-4 bags of cat food, maybe I thought I would be further into this weight lose by June, but that doesn't take anything away from how far I've already come!

I also just had a fabulous workout. The kind that made me feel strong and awesome. I love when I get those in. They are coming around more frequently these days. My balance has improved so much, and I don't need to modify moves as much, and I can do more pushups. All around improvements! :-)
