Just ran into your blog and wanted to maybe give you a strategy to help out with the weights.
I had a super long day at work today and was exhausted and couldn't get myself to the gym. I just wanted to turn on the tv and have dinner. After dinner, I was still tired but forced myself to do SOMETHING. I have 2 five pound weights here at home and I just stood in front of the tv and did some squats and minor lifting. It wasn't much but it was something.
