It's day 2 and I have a few successed to be happy about:
- Walked over 10000 steps today & spent a little time on the elliptical.
- Drank plenty of water -- thanks for the suggestions Anita, Teep, and Barbara.
Of course there is room for improvement:
- I really need to work out with weights, but I just can't seem to convince myself to do it.
- I did good on my eating plan until 9PM. Then I really wanted something to eat. Had some chocolate, hopefully not too much, because I really want to break the habit of eating when I'm in the mood, as opposed to when my body needs food.
- Still kept it below 1500 calories for the day, so I'm pretty sure I didn't gain any weight.
Goals for tomorrow
- get the lead out--and lift it!
- stick to my food plan
