Way to go Kat! I can definitely relate to the urge to eat at night!! For some reason or another I love a late night snack of half a peanut butter sandwich, not ice cream or candy...I don't know why..peanut butter and jelly of all things! It's silly but I know that it's not a good habit. Last night around 8:30 I thought it was a good idea. Well, I thought about it a second time and said nope, you don't need it. Instead I had a cup of 'sleepytime' tea. I forget the brand but it's good, minty, and it's water!
