I love the idea of working in some weight exercises in front of the TV - I am going to use that one myself! There are a lot of routines available online (see comments on my blog from yesterday for some exercise websites that were recommended to me), and if you have someone at the gym show you proper form, there's nothing at all wrong with doing your exercises at home!

Night eating is hard, especially when it's a habit and feels like a 'treat'. Mint tea is a great idea, as is brushing your teeth. Find something else to do with your mouth (gum, tea, talking!) and your hands (knitting, cleaning.. weight lifting!) and work on making new habits!
