So, I didn't blog at all this week. I've been doing quite well however I only lost 1.1 pounds when I weighed in, my weigh in day is always Wednesday morning. For all the crap I ate, I should say I did do well. I just need to lose more! I'm working out but my usual schedule is to get up at 5-5:30 and either do a Jillian Michaels tape or do my running program and I've been sucking it up and sleeping through my alarm. I HAVE to do my Jillian tape today. I find that the 30 day shred did wonders for my body so I need to get back into my program, ASAP. I'm hoping through this that I find a buddy to motivate me? But, I don't have anything going on this weekend that should effect my eating plan. I do the weight watchers program and my goal is to have 20 weekly points still left on Tuesday night when my week 'ends'. I also hope to get two more JIllians and maybe two more runs in. :)
