I can really relate to this. I think it's a big reason I yo-yo. I have periods of intense motivation and periods of "I'll do better tomorrow" insidious complacency. Something that helped recently was setting a goal date in January and pushing it back every time I lapsed, but I am definitely afraid of becoming complacent again when I'm maintaining rather than losing.Also I can really relate to your journey so far from your profile description, even though I lost less weight than you originally. Lost 45, came within 5 lbs of my goal weight (!), then gained back 20. I'm on my way back down again, but I'm in it for the long-haul too. :)
