Yes! Weekends tend to be really hard for me too and Mondays I often wake up with more guilt than the rest of the week. But it sounds like you're prepared and ready to move forward, so try not to worry too much! Drink lots of water today, get your veggies and fiber in, move a lot. It's just a small set back.

I have this theory (maybe it's been proven - I don't know) that sugar aggravates negative feelings and makes feelings of depression sooo much worse. I swear...when I over do it I feel evil and cranky about myself and everything else around me. Once the junk clears from your system, you'll feel invincible again. Just keep on moving forward! :)
