Awww Laura! I came to give you the info on PiYo and started to read your posts! You and I are so similar. I trying so hard to ditch the scale and go by how my clothes feel and most I feel in them! If you do yoga and pilates then PiYo is something you'll love. Have you ever tried a challenge group with Beachbody? They are AMAZING. It's a private group on FB that usually lasts 21 days and everyone is doing the same program (we're starting another one May 4) and they are so encouraging. It's a great support system. We drink Shakeology ( everyday and workout at least 30 minutes and then we check in with everyone for accountability. If you're interested I can email you a link to the challenge pack that has the Shakeology and PiYo bundled together. Good Luck!!

Thanks for sharing. Reading your story I think we must be twins, same age, same struggle. But for me it's Ben & Jerry's that call out from the freezer case. :-) Here's to staying strong these next 4 weeks and beyond.

I really can relate this post! After puberty hit, I was always a "thick" girl. After I had kids, forget it, obesity in a box! Lol. Growing up, I didn't really obsess about my weight because I always had confidence, but I thought about it everyday. There hasn't been a day in my life that I that I've wished I could be thinner. It's kind of sad because although I accept who I am, at the back of my mind, I've always wanted to fit in a smaller size. I'm glad now that I am focused on health and teaching my kids the how to eat right.
