So many of us talk about getting in better shape and eating better, yet we fear making a commitment to actual doing it. We make up excuses.....not enough time, injuries, too tired, etc. etc. Since 80% of getting in better shape is our diet, these excuses ring hollow. Even if these excuses are legitimate, there are still ways to exercise (if your lower body is injured, do things with your upper body and vice versus and do modified excercises). Not enough time is just a poor excuse altogether.....use some of the time spent browsing Facebook, watching TV, or whatever....each of us knows what we do with our time; and if we're truly honest with ourselves, we know how to make better use of it.

We have to be able to invest  in our health......we waste more money on meaningless things that only bring us temporary gratification. So less put our money where our mouth is because talking just isn't going to get it done or else we would all be in great shape and all of the diet fads would disappear. We have better odds of getting our money back than any other bet we'll ever make, as we control the outcome; and if we fall short, we still win because we are now in better shape.

When our health fells us because we had too many excuses to make it a priority, all of the other things that stood in the way will no longer matter. Lets be committed to ourselves and support each other throughout the process. Best of luck!
