What's your 3:00 healthy snack? If you're not eating again until 8:30, you should make sure that snack is pretty decently sized. If you post what food you normally eat on one of these days, maybe I can help make some recommendations ( I went to grad school for nutrition).

My 3:00PM snack is either a cup of chocolate almond milk, protein shake, a hand full of sunflower seeds, greek yogurt, a cup of orange and mango juice, a rice cake, sometimes with apple butter or some golden raisins. It's one of those, not all of those, at the same time. For breakfast, a usually have a mandarin or banana. Morning snack is similar to my 3:00PM snack. Lunch is a hefty salad with crispy chicken (or tuna) and lettuce and a varying combination of the following: tomato, some type of pepper, a little cheese, red onion, carrots, corn, black beans, garbanzos, croutons, golden raisins, salt, pepper and salad dressing. Dinner... I try to have a salad, but I don't want anything cold. So, I normally just do crispy chicken. It's 15 in the oven and i'm done. I would love some recommendations! Please and thank you!
