I love love love JE's calorie Calculator! I've always guestimated my calorie intake per my body (on a healthy diet) but this is a great way to figure it per where i WANT to be. if you haven't seen it yet it's here: www.showmetheweigh.com in her 1st blog post for this comp. 

Here are my STATS:

Starting Weight: 142.2

Height: 5/3

Program Goal: 136.5

Overall Goal: 125

Calorie Intake Goal: 1450

 

I plan on sticking to JE's strenght routine 3x a wk with some of her cardio mixed with my cardio throughout the week. I haven't been at the weights lately so I am prepared for about a wk or maybe 2 of water retention at the start and hope to end well over my 4% goal. I will record my previous days details on the following day so tune in tomorrow to see how my first day went! :)
