
So I'm writting D9 late & D10 was NOT a perfect day.
I am starting a new class in school, our workforce has recently been reduced by 9 people - but the same about of workload, therefore we are working OT and I had a test yesterday so D10 was full of ALL kinda carby-goodness (goodness to my soul, badness to my goal LOL)...
D9 was basically spot on, got my workout it (upper body lift day), ate all my pre-packed food (key to success for me) and drank TONS of water.
D10 (as mentioned above)... not so much. BUT life happens; and the reason I say LIFE is the 2nd worst obstacle b/c for me - letting LIFE discourage me is my 1st. Even though I didn't eat right and was uber stressed & uberx2 tired... I DID pass an exam in school... and I DID get to my JuJit-Su class (1.5hrs of sweat) and I DID make progress, even though I feel like I didn't...
So what am I gunna do about yesterday? NADA... I'm going to start fresh today & wait for Friday A.M.s weigh it b/c I am confident 1 day won't set me back and I know I will achieve my goal b/c I am betting on me... and I like those odds!!
