I don't generally track during the wkends. My family is always moving and shaking and that is my hardest time to stay on track. 

This weeked for instance, we had a slumber party, trick or treating, and a family track day - on top of all my normal activities (cleaning, schooling, etc) So I did NOT track this weekend. BUT I made sure to limit myself to one soda a day, and I was definately ACTIVE. I am excited coming into wk 2 to see how much progress I get knock out of the park!
