D1 Recap:

Diet: not great / not bad (over in cals, more carbs than preferred)

Workout: non existent but not discouraged (ot at work, no strength training)

Water intake: 24oz (too busy didn't get up enough)

Day2 has started off with a BANG!! got into work an hour early so I could take a full lunch today & plan on getting a little bit of cardio AND strength training in!

It's 7:52a and I already have as much water in me as I had ALL DAY yesterday.

Plan on starting JuJit-Su class with my daughter this evening for some added sweat!

 

I've already decided today WILL be better than yesterday :)
