Next, Let's recap yesterday:
No workout (decided Tuesday night - knew my body would need a re-coup day)
Diet:
Calorie Goal: 1450 Actual Calories in:1355
Macros(CFP): 36% / 23% / 40%
Water Intake = 48OZ
I am sooo tired today, I've admittedly already overslept ( I got to work at 7 instead of 530 :( ) and had a mt dew (i know! i know!!!) - I am SOOO tired today, but I'm 1) opptomistic and 2) thankful.
1) Optomistic b/c I have my afternoon workout planned + JuJit-Su tonight again :)
2) thankful b/c a couple weeks back I had my blood levels checked to find out why I had been SOOO (painfully) tired. Like there's "i've been going & going & going - physically" tired and then there is "hurts to get out of bed" tired... and I know I'm in my 30s, but I felt it was a little pre-mature for the latter to be a Natural onset... SO... we discovered I am / was Vit D deficient... I got a VitD supplement and BOOM... the tiredness I feel today is SOOOO much different from how it was... so ---- ONWARD!!! lol
I've planned my weekly weigh ins for Friday A.M. - and if I drop in weight (or inches once I start tracking that) I get a Cheat!! Woot Woot! I have my cheat meal ingredients held hostage in my freezer/fridge so let's pray I'm not too sore / retaining too much water come tomorrow AM).
