Hi Rebecca.. my weight was 174.. i have 7 lbs to lose.. I loved your rock jar!! this is an okay amount as I started at 213 two years ago.. It has steadily gone down until 90 days ago.. I was almost to 159.. so THIS was crucial for my mental health to recover healthy positive thoughts.. I am so stoked. THANKS Merril
