Hi, Merril! I'm sorry I didn't see your post 'til now. I am so glad this is a helpful tool for you--it is for me, too! I gained so much weight this summer--I think because of "rebounding" off of those cleanses I did. Ugh. We're all improving through this--it's great! :)
