Still out of town for work, and I am at a conference center where food is provided. I have given up my attachment to eating keto while here, but am moderating my portions and skipping on most of the junk.

I have discovered that my fitbit does not charge when I plug it into a computer, which really sucks seeing as I only bought the thing in April.  When I get back into the city, I'm going to see if I can bring it back to the store and exchange it. In the meantime I have been able to charge it using a wall adapter, the only thing is that I missed at least half my steps this morning because I was not able to wear the darn thing! I'm also planning on upping my step goal back to 10,000 steps a day, seeing as I am very easily over and above the 5000 steps I had sent initially after the car accident.

I also decided to try some really gentle yoga this morning, which actually turned out really well. The woman who is teaching me spend some time talking to me about what injuries I had, and then worked through some different positions so that it was not hurting myself, but I was challenged enough. This is a really big deal for me, because I hate yoga. And I mean hate with a capital H!

I've been doing some reading, looking at videos, checking out forums etc., and all signs point to yoga as being a really really good way for me to help get better quicker from my injuries. I am going to set a goal to do at least two days of yoga a week when I get home, and for now I think I will be trying out the website doyogawithme.com, unless any of you fine people have a better suggestion?

anyway, I should be home by tomorrow afternoon and I will get back into full-blown keto mode. I found lately that it only takes me a day and a half to two days to get back into ketosis, and with my new yoga goal and little bit of extra walking I'm going to make it happen. I am also going to do a weigh-in on Saturday, but then will switch to Weigh In Wednesdays, so that I can align my check ins with some of the other players here.

Onwards and downwards!
