So...apparently, I've already reached my first plateau...and it's only week two. That's awesome, only not. I don't even know why. I haven't changed anything that I did last week, I don't think. But I've remained in the 171 pound zone since Saturday. I wouldn't be worried if it wasn't for the fact that my 7 pounds/4 weeks challenge is starting tomorrow, and I bet $100 on that.

I guess all I can do is keep trying and hope that the plateau breaks on its own.
