At my highest weight I weighed in at 310 lbs and now I currenly weight 208. So I know its more then possible to lose weight and I'm ready to lose even more and hopefully my friends will join me. Overall I hope to lose 40  more pounds. 

I have multiple reasons for doing this but the biggest reason is I want to be healthy. I have a new grandchild and a wonderful husband as well as an illness that makes things difficult but I want to be around for a long time to come to enjoy my new granddaughter and my wonderful husband. 

So this is me hitting back at the wall that I hit in my weight loss goal. My 4% goal is 9 lbs so I need to lose about 2.5 lbs a week. Sounds reasonable to me. Wish me luck.
