I have come to the realization that I have apparently not been serious about getting down to where I need to be.

My youngest will be 23 in February.  My goal is to be at least what I was when I was pregnant with her - when I went into labor, I was 198.  My lowest weight, ever, was 150, and that was before I got pregnant with my son.  If I go lower than that, I look sickly.  

So, to meet this goal of making it just under 200lbs (currently 39lbs away), I have GOT to quit screwing around.  

I am a HUGE stress eater.  These past few weeks with my husband being ill have been crazy.  I got my walking in somewhat, but eating was nuts.  He was on a liquid diet until they did the surgery and I felt guilty eating anything but soup in front of him, which led to eating when I left the house.  Ugh.

Here's to finally losing the baby weight.....23 years in the making.
