Heeeeeeeeeere we go (again)!!!!

Hello, haven't seen where your unusually warm weather is ...mine is here in Richmond VA. 78 degrees! and pouring rain...I was starting to jog again...and was doing great...2 weeks done...then rain! rain! and more rain! uggg....I am in the Transformer and another one..don't remember but it started today...lol..and I have 100 pounds to lose...I also belong to a great low carb group with amazing recipes on FB ...so if you want to catch me there ..let me know

WOW! 78 degrees! That's nuts! I love running in the rain, but you have to be careful when its slick outside! I would be interested in Low Carb FB pages for sure. I also have a couple that I like: Low Carb Zen and Low Carb Keto Recipe Club are good ones. If you haven't done low carb before, I think that you will find it is well worth the effort and is VERY effective! GOOD LUCK to you!
