If you are starving for chocolate...I would mix dark candy melts, coconut butter and mix pecans, walnuts or almonds in it and make a chocolate bar...the dark chocolate has very few carbs and is very good for you ...the coconut oil is my main staple oil for energy and it sets the chocolate hard...and the nuts have the fat and fiber to be able to sustain you...
