Thank you Jessie! I was in a really bad place & gained soooo much weight it was unreal. About 6/7 months ago I changed my lifestyle & now exercise & eat better, so far I've lost 48lbs. However my motivation is now seriously lacking as it only seems to get harder & take longer. I'm determined to get the weight off though & this is a seriously fantastic way to help kick start the year & get back on track. Really looking forward to seeing everyone's progress & hopefully shifting some weight! Good luck everyone ????

48lbs is awesome Leanne!!! I have lost 60lbs with diet and exercise. The weight loss will slow down which can get discouraging but I found if I Trust the Process and continue with my plan it does keep working. We are here as a team. Good Luck to you also :)

Thanks Ginnie. That's amazing how much you've lost well done you! You're right I just need to believe in myself & keep going, too many excuses at this time of year but I do feel good having lost what I've lost & I'm determined to reach my goal, just need to stay focused & as Jessie says out of my own head! Sounds like you have the right attitude, best of luck to you.
