what a great blog post! Love how inspired you got by photos of meals that made you proud. Did you know that lack of sleep is proven to make anyone hungrier? It's a weird hormone that all of us have called leptin that creates this. Be careful to get enough sleep, even when your pet has a little emergency! Good luck in the challenge!

Oh, I always want to eat when I'm tired! I assumed it was my body trying to fuel up when it had a lack of energy but the hormone thing makes sense!
