Danicat, it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I wish you luck getting the diet figured out. That's something I'm struggling with, too.About your workout plan. If it's something you've already been doing then perhaps you're over-training. I noticed that you have a lot of cardio and impacting in your plan but little if any slower strength/resistance work and stretching. I would strongly recommend you put one of each into your week. A couple days of PiYo could be enough to break the rhythm. Remember that to break through a plateau were never broken through, we need to do something we've never done.I wish you luck danicat.

I have a garmin forerunner 920xt sports watch. I use it to track my workouts, runs and daily activities. It's a bit expensive but I like to see it as an investment in my health. :)

Sorry I lost track of this till now. Thank you for answering. I use my LG Watch R basically as a pedometer since the heart rate is flimsy at best. I'm really looking forward to getting the Under Armour Health Box, though. That looks exciting.
