I noticed last week with only a couple days of exercise that I plateau 'd a bit on lose of pounds.
I also was going a bit crazy on the diet snacks and nuts....only 16 per day allowed not 100 pistacios....
I also noticed that since I skipped a bunch of meals, I was not eating enough and perhaps that is the reason for less pounds lost.
Today was my third day in a row, working out and I feel great! I find that this herb tea curbs my appetite and I'm adjusting to coffee with out the French Vanilla i LOVE'd.
Next monday is our final weigh in on this Dietbet so I'm excited to reach a personal goal of more than 4% and reach my 10 pound first goal.
Then I start the next dietbet.com with my GLA/OC girls!
I'll celebrate all next week aboard Princess Cruises but I'll work out with Hiking with Jacqueline and zumba and yoga on board!
Life is good with almost 7 pounds off!
