
I just cleaned out my fridge, my freezer and pantry, replacing all trigger foods with good stuff.
One trip to the Von's was $156! (without any wine in the cart!). I've started the South Beach Diet today.....and the first 2 weeks are set up so I can break my sugar addiction.
I'm excited to start with my friends at work, with a great first goal of 4% and a cruise at the end of our first goal.
I've enlisted my boyfriend Rick to help coach and he has agreed to help me get my daily exercise which he insists on himself.
I got to jazzercise class at 8am this morning and yesterday and had GREAT work outs each day.
My weigh in weigh scared the hell out of me because I haven't been so high since COLLEGE! Shame on me for letting it get out of hands. But I'm looking ahead not back!
Over the holiday, I enjoyed everything you can imagine including a dual entree lobster and filet for New Year's Eve dinner and dessert. I had so many carbs, my brain hurts trying to recall them all. I'm ready to give them up for a few weeks and get a handle on my sugar needs.
I know the first couple days are hard, wish me luck!
