Mo-ti-va-tion: the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.

Well I have it!  I have motivation!  It may be contagious too.  I started with food changes, which made me want to move more, which has made me want to do even more.  I want to eat nutrient rich real food, exercise, and even push to new heights.

I found myself seeking “play” activities to get up and out. Maybe a bubble run/walk, or a bike ride just for fun, with a side helping of CALORIES BURNED! 

Of course I know there will be DAYS but, today I have motivation.
