Thank you so much! Logging your food is a super important part of the journey. I find that when I keep an honest log, it helps me keep on track otherwise. When I get in my exercise it makes me eat better too. They go hand in hand for me. I even try to log when I am bingeing like crazy too, just so I can see the difference that different types of foods make in my overall health and weight and activity and stuff.That being said, I kept getting interrupted when walking Thursday night and had to do some homework things with my family before I could walk too. I missed my step goal by 180 steps. I have to start my streak over Friday. I missed my video workouts because I only slept 2.5 hours before I had to wake up for a conference call for my class and then I was too tired to do anything so I tried to take a nap but it took me forever to go back to sleep. Eventually I got an hour nap but it was late when I got back up and I was super tired and my shoulder was hurting and my calf was still hurting from Wednesday. When I missed my step goal I was super frustrated. Then I took my dog for a walk and then decided just to call it a rest day and to take a break from my other challenge exercises as well. I am going to go to sleep soon and hopefully get plenty of rest today and hit my workouts even harder this afternoon/evening! Everything went wrong tonight, but I just kept pushing through and adjusting. Friday will be better!!
