I don't think any of us truly know if this time it'll stick. Just take it one day at a time and look for support from fellow DietBetters. For me, my eating has cleaned up a lot after I started meal prepping and actually planning out what I'd eat during the week. Even if I go off plan for a meal, the very next meal is planned and healthy. And, I don't bother with healthy food that I don't love. I'm not big on salads, but love roasted/steamed/grilled veggies, so I stick to lots of those.
