Shoot, this is the silly thing about no portion control but sticking to the diet. I eat beans, meat, and veggies, no white carb. Basically those are the rules, but I ended up having cravings and satisfying them by adding a fourth meal to my day. Um, mistake.

I have gained weight, whereas I see folks sharing how they're afraid of getting disqualified because they're losing weight too fast. Argh. I'd love to joyfully bemoan this problem at some point, too.

However, my normal fluctuation during a day is anywhere within 4-5 lbs range, because I drink a lot of fluids. My "gain" is definitely at the heavier maximum of my range. That's the gain flag.

Let's hope I see a number closer to minimum of my range in the next two days... seems like I'm fluctuating more than normal, but maybe it's my weighing myself so often and working out last few days (adding muscle, hopefully).

Everybody's win % is higher than mine or says N/A enigmatically.
