Cravings are crazy. I don't have any at this moment luckily, but I basically plan ahead for them now. Those are something I struggle with, not because I always have them, but because once I have one I absolutely MUST act on it. Those are probably a once a week thing for me, and so I need to really be healthy on every other day, so the craving doesn't throw me too off schedule. I think over time, if you stay eating healthy, that your cravings will switch to healthier cravings. l'm not sure, though, l'm only at the swearing-off-the-processed-foods step.
l mentioned in my other reply that l'm a habitual snacker, and that combined with cravings really added up! Haha l just prefer to eat all the time and l need to not do that haha
