I'm so excited for my DietBet! I just weighed in and as I have feared, up 3 pounds since my DietBet ended a week ago, thanks to CNY. My last meal was also unhealthy, to kind of gear me up for this one. I'll be good this time around, and not rush it like I did with my last (probably why my weight bounced back so quickly!). 

In any case, I will stick to these "resolutions":

  1. Go running at least one time every week, on top of going to my gym classes
  2. Have one meal a day that is carb-free
  3. Log everything I eat - good and bad!

I'm going to do it! I have renewed hope and optimism.
