Seems that a number of DB folks are having a rough time lately, myself included. I love that you're seeing the positive and keeping to it even when there are bumps in the road. I've been back on track with meal prepping the last couple of days which has helped a lot in losing the handful of pounds that my binge eating put on. I only have to lose another pound to be back to last week's weight. It's sad to see the progress stop/slow/back slide, but I also went back to check my records and at this time last month I was ecstatic to be about 3lbs heavier than I am now. It's a good reminder that we're still making progress.
