Okay, so I just did my photo weigh in for the Fitness Warriors Transformer game which starts on Saturday (20th).  And, my weight pictures were accepted, so I guess I'm IN. :)  This 6 month thing should keep me well on the straight and narrow, at least for awhile. LOL.

Heading for the gym this morning.  There was no way I was going to miss going to the gym at all this week and I have to work tomorrow.  I don't mind doing the treadmill or whatever I am doing there, it's just driving there that takes the effort.  You know, it's like if you have equipment at home and it's right there, you just have to take that step up and it seems so hard to do sometimes.

Back to the weigh in for the Fitness Warriors Transformer 2, well I really am noticing I am losing weight.  I compared my starting photo for this Kickstarter game (18th day) and the one today and you really can tell some difference, at least I can.  Maybe it is miniscule, but it is there.  YEY.  On the subject of the Transformer game, it sure would be good if you decided to join us.  Great bunch of people, very friendly.

I don't have a lot to say in the blog today, mainly I'm just checking in for Day 18 and hoping everyone has a good day.  EXERCISE, it is so important.  You know, I watch the "600 pound life" and when the person being followed that week starts exercise it makes all the difference.  So, get your heart rate up and move and if you don't want strenuous, at least MOVE.  JUST MOVE.  Dance while you vacuum, move while you iron, etc.  You get the idea.  It all adds up.  Sometimes I think people get overwhelmed.  You know it used to be that the "magazines" said you had to do 30 minutes a day of strenuous exercise all at once.  Now they are saying you can break it into blocks and now they are also saying the important thing is to move, whether it's strenuous or not.  Of course, you don't know which study to believe these days because it's like the "eat eggs, don't eat eggs" controversy.  So, believe whichever study suits you but BELIEVE you have to move.  Video games do not count unless you are using a WII or something similar.  You just can't burn that many calories moving your fingers on a gaming console.

So, on that note, I'd better move....

And, please DO think about joining the Fitness Warriors Transformer 2.  I think we need about 20 more players or so.  But, the more the merrier.

Later, Denise
