I know that feeling all to well. Try not to beat yourself up. Today is a new day and 1 not so great day is not going to ruin all your good work you've done so far. You sound like me when it comes to taking care of things, we tend to take care of everything else and everyone but ourselves, we are last on the list. Try to remember taking care of yourself ultimately takes cares if everyone else too. Here's to a better day!

I wonder sometimes if it's not the way we combine the foods and times of days we eat them. When I concentrate more on salads and fruits I forget to add in protein. Some things we do seem to change the time of day our bodily functions work.

I agree, I have a really hard time with eating because I'm very very picky n I don't like most fruits n veggies so I concentrate a lot on calorie intake. Now I don't eat junk, so it's not like I'm eating 1500 calories of cookies or anything and I do watch my carbs n protein. I do know I need to drink more water but it's a slow process. I know if I consume less calories n burn more this weight will come off, unfortunately it just doesn't happen overnight :(
