Me and my hubby decided to try the Zero Belly Diet in January. I spent a solid 10+ days with severe headaches from giving up all the sugar, caffeine, artificial sweetener, dairy, carbs, etc. BRUTAL! But once I got there, I sure felt better. We've been on and off the healthy eating this last month and a half so I have some work to do to get myself back where I should be, but at least the detox won't be quite so severe. Hang it there!
